Stone Metaphysical Properties

Apatite - Technically, I am a Calcium Fluoro-Phosphate.  Being partly made up of Calcium my color can vary greatly with my most common being green to brown or yellow, and my rarer varieties being blue or violet and even clear. I have a vitreous (glassy) luster which is transparent to translucent and a hardness of 5. 

I’m attuned to the future, yet can help you to connect with past lives.  I have been found to enhance insightful moments and to speed up learning new creative endeavors. I can also assist some to achieve deeper meditative states. I expand knowledge and truth and ease sorrow, apathy, and anger. In my blue green variety, I harmonize and blend the energies of the heart and throat charkas helping you to speak from the heart. I am a soothing gentle stone recommended for relief of stress and the release of worries.
