Gaia StoneStone Metaphysical Properties Gaia Stone - Technically, I'm ash from the Mount St. Helens volcanic eruption of 1980 that has been re-heated to form a glassy gemstone with a vivid green appearance. The Volcanic eruption that deposited my essence originated from the planets interior, which is why I have been given the name Gaia because I carry the heart chakra energy of the anima terra, the soul of the Earth.
