Herkimer Diamonds - Technically, I am a double terminated Quartz crystal formed in a hard rock matrix in and around the hills of Herkimer, New York USA. Like other members of the Quartz family, I am made up of a silicon dioxide crystals but I am harder than most other Quartz crystals with a  hardness of 7.5.  My nick name of "Diamonds" originates from my unique appearance; my double termination and my many natural faceted edges creates a bright fire of light, not unlike that of a Diamond. 

I am the embodiment of pure solidified spiritual light. I emanate a high, harmonious energy that positively sings on the upper levels of the Quartz vibrational spectrum. One of my unique abilities allows me to magnify the frequency of other stones near me.  

I can help you to open to inner visions; I enhance all dreams and mediation experiences. I also help to rebuild the conduit to your higher self allowing a more natural communication to occur. I have been used by some to improve telepathy, clairvoyance & other psychic abilities.   My pure etheric radiance helps one to attract and communicate with angels.

Like other Gemstones, I come in different grades.  My wire wraps generally being made with my B grade, and my jewelry items made with my A grade.  My B grade means that there are some inclusions in the body of my crystal, but it doesn't make me any less striking.  My A grades are generally eye clear on all but the biggest crystals. 

I am a "must have" crystal for any light worker.
