RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept RETURNS at our discretion.  If an item is received damaged and reported to us via email or phone call within 5 days of receipt of item it is at our discretion to repair, replace or refund the item.  If an item is damaged by YOU within 30 days receipt of purchase, it is at our discretion to repair, replace, refund, or do nothing.  Definition of “DAMAGED” is any item that is received by purchaser that has a defect that makes it unusable by the purchaser or a gemstone that has a chip or any other flaw that is not a natural quality of the stone.  We consider our customers to be our friends and we will treat you as we treat all of our good friends and work with you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. 

RETURNS OF CRYSTALS/GEMSTONES

Returns of Gemstones/Crystals is at our discretion alone and Purchaser must contact Beadazzle either by phone or email within one (1) week receipt of Gemstone/Crystal.  We will not accept any Gemstone/Crystal if not contacted within the one week period.  We do not sell Gemstones/Crystals that have been previously used by others and we cannot accept back a Gemstone/Crystal after you have already used it and it has your energy signature.

RETURNING CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Custom made to order items are generally not refundable or returnable, although if found to be defective within 5 days of receipt of the item we will happily repair or replace the items for you at our discretion.  We handle these issues on a case by case basis and we will treat you as we treat all of our good friends and work with you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

AT THE END OF THE DAY ALL RETURNS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF BEADAZZLE.  REFUNDS (WHEN OFFERED) WILL BE FOR PURCHASE PRICE ONLY!  PURCHASE PRICE BY DEFINITION WILL BE THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED ITEMS AND WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES EITHER TO PURCHASER OR FOR YOU TO MAIL SAID ITEMS BACK.  ALL ITEMS BEING SENT BACK MUST BE PACKAGED THE SAME WAY THEY WERE RECEIVED.  IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT, SO MAKE SURE THE PACKAGE IS TRACKABLE AND INSURED FOR THE VALUE OF THE CONTENTS IF LOST IN THE MAIL.
